In accordance with the Regulation "On the procedure for registration of residents of the Creative Industries Park" non-compliance with the following criteria is a basis for refusal of registration:
Tax resident of the Kyrgyz Republic
Legal entity or individual entrepreneur
Compliance of types of activities with the established List of CIP activities
At least 90% of revenue is received from activities from the specified List
No outstanding debt on taxes and contributions to the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic
Consent to quarterly payment of 1% of revenue to the CIP Directorate
Consent to submit a report 6 months after registration as a CIP resident
Commitment to conduct an audit at own expense if revenue for the last 12 months exceeds 8,000,000 (eight million) soms and to provide an audit opinion on the reliability of annual accounting (financial) statements to the CIP Directorate
Application to CIP for registration within less than 3 months from the date of refusal of registration as a CIP resident
