- Copy of Registration Certificate
- Copy of Charter
- Copy of Founding Agreement or Decision on registration/re-registration
- Decision on appointment of director
- Copies of passports of participants - individuals / copies of certificates of participants - legal entities
- Certificate of no outstanding debt on taxes and payments to the Social Fund
- Profit and loss statement for the last 6 months
- Register of supplies for 6 months before filing the application with information on all supplies (date, electronic invoice number, supply amount, supply code according to GKAD)
- Extract from the turnover balance sheet on the amounts of taxes paid for 6 months before filing the application (revenue tax, income tax, contributions to the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic)
- Power of attorney (if the application is not filled out by the head of the organization)
Newly created organizations, instead of a Profit and Loss Statement and Register of Supplies, provide a Business Plan.
